Family Photos 2013

So, when chefs come home at night, the word on the street is that they heat up canned food; they don't cook. I guess you could say it's the same for us, except we're not chefs, and our canned food is our iPhone camera. It's no secret on this blog that our life's work is photography, but often our family pictures get a little sidetracked in the mix. 

That said, we thought we'd spend this last weekend taking some shots of us just hanging out. We had a little family outing to a local tree farm and petting zoo, and then when we went to Grandma & Grandpa's for Thanksgiving, we got our sister-in-law and John's brother to snap some shots after John had gotten the camera settings & lighting all sorted out. Pretend your family's a client, edit in-house, and voila! Family pictures 2013. The mark under The Caterpillar's lip is the remnant of her tooth going through it; I decided against editing it out because that's just real life.

Also, the belly is 20 weeks pregnant :)
